Services - Option 1

One (1) time services charge for removal of trees limbs and vines from property. The trees has grown around the structure,sidewalks, street-side, bayou,powerlines and on the fence line.Heavy mowing edging,and weed-eating. The trees and vines has to be cut from all areas listed above to prevent any hazards, fires and/or fines from the City of Houston. The trees and debris has to be hauled off or will be removed as customer request. Also if it looks like any part of the building or buildings has to be pressure washed due to green fungus growing on the building,we can and will take care of it.Just added to the price. All of this listed above is at the present address, or addresses.. Our landscaping service offers a special price to our year around customer..Year round customers are serviced every 14teen days,and doing the winter we still come out ever 14teen days to keep leaves racked and debris,weeds and vines clear on the property.If a customer only wants our service from spring to fall, our price for thoses few months are a little higher.If a customer property is to be service on monday 13th and customer moves it to the 20th their will be a $5.00 charge added to the next visit.Reason for this is the grass will be higher.If the price to service you property is $50.00 and tree or trees need to be trimmed if you are in the year around contract the price to trimm will be $10.00 added to your bill..If a customer is in the spring to fall andd price is $50.00 then $10.00 will be added to your bill. The businees also offers small lot clearing and bush-hog mowing. Call for quote.
